Day One
They are very lively and don't seem to sleep much.
Saffie is being a very good mum. She is doing all she needs to despite how much pain she is in.
Day Two
They have been seen yawning and still don't sleep enough!
There are various shades of gold in this litter, two very dark boys and one very light boy. The rest are a full range in between!
The puppies seem to be quite a relaxed bunch, many of them lie on their backs while feeding!
They make a heck of a lot of sucking noises while feeding and trying to pull them off is very difficult!
Days Three, Four and Five
They do a lot of sleeping with their mouths open and tongues out, dreaming of feeding!
Poor Saf. Look at the state of her! her back end is still very sore from the puppy trying to break free during whelping and her stitches are very sore form the caesarean because the pups keep catching them!
Day six
The pups noses and pads on the paws have nearly all turned a deep black colour now.
