Working the Dogs

Activities for you and your dog

"If you think dogs can't count, try putting three dog biscuits in your pocket and then giving Fido only two of them". ~Phil Pastoret

Dogs enjoy having a job to do. They love getting out and visiting new places, seeing new sights and smelling new smells. Variety is the spice of life which makes everything interesting. It doesn't matter what you choose to involve your dog in and to what extent, stimulating a dogs brain to work creates a brighter, well balanced dog who can understand your slightest movement.

It can be quite difficult beginning a new activity with your dog, you may not know where to start to look and your dog may be completely confused by what your asking her to do, yet with a little determination any thing's possible.

Some of these activities I've had a go at and others I would like to have a go at some time in the future.
